"Group" Alchemy Cleanse

This version of the Alchemy Cleanse is done in a group setting. Being surrounded by a group of your peers and others going through the same process, can add value and a layer of support, inspiration and motivation you otherwise may not get by doing the cleanse yourself.

The Group Cleanse Includes:

• A pre-selected, complete, 5-piece nutrition selected by the doctor for full body cleansing.

• Step-by-step program guide, which contains helpful, time-saving tips and resources to maximize your cleansing results, including what foods to eat, what foods to avoid, what nutrition helps with certain aspects of cleaning and much more.

• Some recipe ideas, to give you a creative edge with the cleanse foods you can eat.

• Supplement schedule for the 10-day core cleanse, as well as how to take the supplements on day 11, until they are finished.

• 30-minute, group introduction and consultation before you begin your cleanse (via Zoom), to go over the cleanse program in detail, how to take the nutritional supplements, discuss goals and manage expectations.

• 30-minute group check-in on day 5 (via Zoom), to go through the first 5 days, answer questions and concerns, reiterate what is expected for the last 5 days, as well as motivation to finish the cleanse.

• 30-minute group consultation at the end of the cleanse (via Zoom), to answer questions and go over what is expected on day 11 and beyond.

• A discussion on how completing/graduating this program is the pre-requisite and stepping stone to the 6-month life mastery “180” program, which continues the journey towards greater health and a more extraordinary life.

• Real-time text responses by the doctor throughout the 10 days of cleansing, for support, feedback and supervision, if needed.

• Join the WhatsApp chat and/or Facebook group, which serves as a support group and accountability partner.
