The Craniosacral system is made up of the skull, cranial sutures, cerebrospinal fluid, meningeal tissue, vertebrae, spinal cord and sacrum (all parts of the Central Nervous System).

Trauma on the body may impact the Craniosacral system, restricting normal movement and inhibiting the flow of the fluids. Normal rhythm can be interrupted by all different kinds of trauma (during birth, falls, car accidents, stress, TMJ issues, etc).

Cranial-Sacral Technique uses gentle pressure to remove blocks and restore this subtle movement, or flow, in the Central Nervous System.
