Anyone else have a problem with Mondays and starting their week?

I was one of those people who didn’t like Mondays. A good weekend, lightening the work load just enough to have some fun and balance, lead to a choppy, inconsistent, discontinuity in energy and work flow, as well as overall mood.

So here you go! Something I never thought I’d ever post; a video of me dancing on a Monday morning while making my morning shake.

You know why I’m posting it? I don’t give a shit! Criticism and judgement are a reflection on those who are doing it. It’s a projection. The point is, do what you want, do what feels good to you, do what makes you happy and start every week, every day on purpose.

Motivation and happiness can be fleeting, but getting right in your mindset is simplicity, one of the “7 Pillars to Greater Health,” and a key to living healthier and happier.
