Drinking Water Can Sometimes Become A Challenge!

Our bodies are comprised of 75% water. It hydrates our muscles, stimulates our kidneys to filter toxins, activates digestive enzymes, keeps your skin soft, etc.
To properly RE-hydrate ourselves on a daily basis, we should be drinking half our body weight in ounces. (ex: 120 LB. = 60 ounces of water/day)
When it comes to drinking water myself, I switch it up every few weeks, as to not get bored. I will carry around and drink out of different glass bottles, sip on water throughout the day, set up timelines to drink a certain amount and even have gone so far as to set an alarm to remind myself, since our days get so busy.
These days do seem to fly by so quickly. What do you do to remind and challenge yourself, to drink the amount your body needs?
